I want to thank you once again for providing us with a great experience on this tour. It was great to see our guide Eren (please correct the name if i am not spelling it right) again. He was fantastic. He took care of my elderly parents, navigating the crowded and cobbled streets of Istanbul. He was prompt and accomodating and very knowledgeable.

Hi Ozgur,
My grandson has returned and told me of his Turkish experience. City of Sultans was great and the person who met them at arrival was most helpful and friendly. In Cappadocia the guide named Ersa was fabulous but she left the following day and was replaced by a less competent one.
The hotels, Amira and Fresco were wonderful. The only negative was getting from Kayseri to your very comfortable Mercedes van. They were met at the airport by a man who did not talk much. He took them to a corner and told them to wait which they did fro 20 minutes. Then they boarded a broken down van and sat another 20 minutes. They were driven to a town in a small Fiat who eventually arrived at a gas station after a wild ride. There they met Ersa and all was well.
Thanks for arranging this and hopefully the turmoil in Turkey will subside. It has caused great concern with my prospective clients since they see this escalating into far more than a protest concerning the park. The reaction here is that there will be unrest until the issue of whether you will remain a secular government is resolved. We have the same problem with Obama wanting a big government and more control of everything. Americans wonât agree to that which is why Obama is in what we call hot water!

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service we received while in Istanbul. Eren Bolek was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about all the sites in Istanbul. Everything was perfect to the pick up at the airport, the guided tours, the hotel and transfer to airport when we we leaving to go home.
You have a very beautiful city and the friendliness people we have ever met on all our travels in Europe.
Once again please thank Eren for his professionalism and knowledge.

Dear Ozgur,
It was with profound sadness that we left Istanbul and its wonderful people, historical sites, charming and busy streets. Our memories are now a pleasure to recall and our pictures only remind us to come back to Istanbul again.
Let me begin by giving you and your entire staff an enormous "Well Done". As Managing Director, you have put together an organization dedicated to one thing....exceeding your clients expectations!
Eren Bolek revealed Istanbul as a vibrant and historical city with his knowledge, his personal interaction, his attention to our slightest needs or questions and above all his genuine concern to convey the very pulse of your great city. Eren left us with so many memories that we will fondly recall them for years to come. Transportation from and back to the airport were absolutely flawless. High praise for Gokay and the drivers. They are very professional. Our driver who drop us off at the airport even gave back a Lira of his tip so we could rent a baggage cart. That is exceeding expectations!!!!

Our experience with our tour guide, Eren Bolek, and the team at the "City of Sultans" was extraordinary. We were a group of 18 young professionals representing the "World Affairs Council" in Houston. We booked a three day tour including transfers to and from the airport. The primary purpose of our trip was learn about the history and culture of Turkey as well as current world affairs issues. Eren Bolek was fun, engaging, and well versed in the cultural and heritage of Turkey. Eren was able to give us a truly authentic experience and was very candid in offering useful advice that would steer us away from the tourist traps, etc. Eren provided captivating stories about both the historical and modern day Turkey that went beyond the typical information found in a travel guidebook. We had another tour guide also accompany our group named "Didem". She was also very kind and helpful. Both Eren and Didem stayed with us beyond the time they were "hired" to ensure that our needs were completely satisfied. The drivers were also very friendly and talented at navigating the narrow streets. The team at "City of Sultans" treated us like family. It was a truly personalized experience. Thanks again for everything. I hope to bring my family to Istanbul in the future and I will be certain to contact your team.

We returned from our trip and had a great time!! Everything went very smoothly from airport pick up to drop off. I just wanted to thank you for all of your help in getting our tour organized. Please extend my thank you to Gokay and Eren and our drivers, they were wonderful and very helpful in making our trip great. Our hotel was also very nice and in a great location. I gave City of Sultans a 5 star rating on trip advisor and will make sure to recommend it to anyone I know planning a trip to Turkey.
