Thanks to you and City of Sultans for making our stay in Istanbul exceptionally pleasant and memorable.

Your 800 phone number answered by a 'real 'person who replied promptly to my requests and suggestions made trip planning easy. You customized our trip beautifully. I especially appreciated your professionalism, prompt business like correspondence and care in meeting out needs.

The airport pickup was prompt and effortless as was the drive to the city with a pleasant young man pointing out the sights of interest.

You found us a superb hotel - small, in a pedestrian only area near Taksim Square, reasonably priced, clean, neat with a bountiful breakfast.

Your Mercedes van was comfortable and clean. Our guide, Eren, was charming, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. We had an excellent Turkish lunch with at least 5 courses! You even provided a wheelchair for me as I have walking difficulties.

I highly recommend City of Sultans and have already referred several friends.
